LOWERING COSTS & PROTECTING TAXPAYERS
I support Unions who brought us the 40 hour work week, pensions and supported civil rights, responsible budgeting, homeowner tax relief, smart state policies that ease burdens on local governments, and protecting seniors, working families, and people with disabilities on fixed incomes.
Albany must partner with districts — not micromanage them.
2.
STRONG PUBLIC EDUCATION
Public schools are essential to opportunity. I support fair and reliable school funding, supporting teachers and staff, expanding career and technical education, and protecting local control of schools. Residents across District 130 are feeling financial pressure more than ever.
Fiscal responsibility isn’t partisan — it’s common sense and a shared commitment to our future.
3.
SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES & WORKERS
District 130 thrives when our small businesses succeed and our workers are paid fairly. I support practical, common-sense regulations that encourage entrepreneurship, along with strong workforce development, apprenticeships, and vocational education that prepare people for good-paying careers. Our economic policies should promote growth while ensuring opportunity, stability, and fairness for every family in our community. Local companies return nearly three times as much value back into the local economy
Thriving local businesses and sustainable jobs are the backbone of strong communities.
4.
HEALTHCARE THAT WORKS
The 130 should have efficient, practical and cost effective healthcare. You shouldn’t have to search for doctors in network or travel outside of your area for healthcare when you need it. This creates certainty for New Yorkers and businesses together.
Healthcare when you need it – where you need it.
5.
INFRASTRUCTURE & SMART INVESTMENT
Our roads, bridges, broadband access, energy and water systems are essential to our way of life. I support targeted infrastructure investment, public energy development, RNG – Renewable Natural Gas, expanding broadband in rural areas, protecting Lake Ontario, and ensuring state mandates are realistic for our district.
Albany must deliver real results where they matter most — at home.

IMPROVING PUBLIC HEALTH IMPROVES PUBLIC SAFETY
There is a basic congruence between public safety and public health to include housing. To achieve I support (1) Basing procedures and policies on behavioural health and science, (2) collaborating with health professionals such as social workers, harm reductionists, and mental health counselors when situations call for co-response, (3) ceding or referring work to health professionals when a police response would not be particularly effective or requires specialized knowledge or skills that exceed the police remit, and (4) supporting rather than undermining the scaling up of evidence-based health services and practices.
Creating public safety by protecting and serving for the common good.
7.
ACCOUNTABILITY IN ALBANY
Elected officials should be accessible, transparent, and responsive. I will stay closely connected to the people I serve — communicating regularly, holding open forums across the district, listening with intention, and elevating community voices. Together, we will focus on real progress and meaningful results, not just rhetoric.
The 130 deserves representation that answers to the people — not political insiders.
